Redeeming a code

Before redeeming a code, please ensure that you have completed the onboarding process. Please do not pay or sign up for any trial as redeeming a code will not refund or cancel a subscription to Haptive Premium.

Redeem a code

  • Complete onboarding process

  • Navigate to Settings > Redeem

  • Enter your code and click Redeem

FAQs

1. Could not redeem premium error

This error usually shows when your redemption code is invalid or has expired. If you have previously successfully redeemed but are unable to access premium features, please refer to this guide. (the next section)

2. Redeemed but it does not appear I have access to premium

If you have been shown the successful redemption pop-up but are still unable to access premium features, please try the following steps:

  • Navigate to Settings > Restore Purchases

  • Restart the application
